He also isn't afraid to 'lose' a deal either. So he may well be willing to give up more to get something that he sees as value - he clearly doesn't rate picks all that highly in comparison to a more complete prospect
If you are on an internal budget, i'd rather pay a player $4 mil to play, rather than $5 mil to sit on the sofa. In return, Sabres get $4 mil of cap space for the cost of $5 million dollars
He has 4 more points than Ennis. I'd trade Ennis for 3rd overall in a heartbeat. He averages 0.7 points per game that is incredibly disappointing or a first overall pick - or a top 5 pick in general.
The best play would be to trade it to Edmonton for RNH (plus more maybe, as he has been a bit disappointing) or someone. Then they get Eichel to replace him and help their defence with Hanafin.
Time to hope Grigo works out and becomes our centre behind Reinhart. Then we focus and become a defense first team.
Gorges - Pysyk
Hanafin - Bogo
Risto - Zadarov
McCabe
I would way rather bigger goals or smaller goalie equipment (or even larger ice!) than bubble hockey. It's one thing to restrict the movement of the goalie, it is a whole new ball game to start screwing with where forwards can defend etc.
