^^^I see a lot of posts mentioning "punching" and Mibury. I too wanted to punch Milbury the other night when he was trash-talking both Ted Nolan and PLF. What a piece of crap!!!!

The Blues let Minnesota score 2 in the first 10 minutes of the 2nd period to tie the game. I was watching the Sabres - not sure if those goals are on Elliott or if it was just bad play/defense.

Wow, that was a great PK effort there to try and score a short handed goal by Myers and Co. There's no quit in this team.

BTW, I was watching the Blues during period break on Center Ice- end of 1st, it's 2-0 St Louis over the Wild. Ryan Miller on a well deserved break tonight.

Officials are corrupt or biased, one or the other. That's one of the worst waived off goal calls against Buffalo I've ever seen - the goalie was out of the crease and playing the puck - he shouldn't be treated any different than any other player at that point.

Just got done watching the Blues game time-shifted. Ryan Miller had an outstanding game today. This was a big game - divisional rivals, only 3 points separating them going in. Outstanding game play by both teams. Miller made a real difference - couple tremendous saves. Center Ice had the Colorado broadcast - but they showed an interesting stat - so far for the Blues, Ryan has averaged 22 shots faced per game vs 35 with Buffalo this season. And the Sabres averaging 1.90 goals per game in support, vs 3.30 for the Blues. Big difference in the teams right there. I hope Ryan can get a chance at the Cup. I'm happy for both him and Otter. But it is a little depressing - when watching two high quality teams like this going at it - you realize how far the Sabres are from competing at this level. Thanks, Darcy!

I scanned a St. Louis forum - fans seem generally pleased with Otter. I ordered the NHL Center Ice discount "Race for the Cup" package. So I can watch the Blues this afternoon at 3 pm. Should be a heckuva test for Ryan Miller - they're playing the Avalanche who've been on a 4 game winning streak and are only 3 points behind St. Louis.

Wow, Neuvirth faced 44 shots on goal, and almost half the game he was defending on power play. Both goals he allowed were PP goals too. Helluva good start for Buffalo.

Now the make up penalty comes against Florida. Officials must have decided they needed to even things up. BTW, GREAT physical play by Ennis.
