Well, that was a terrible period - gave up 3 goals and almost a 4th.

You know, it would have been fine if Kaleta's penalty had cost us a game, to bench him for one or two games. But the NHL penalized him, AND the Sabres, with a 5 game suspension.... it seems like utter insanity to continue the suspension when clearly the Sabres defense and PK is worse without him?

How do the Capitals, one of the worst teams in the league, have a power play that looks like a real powerplay? Whereas Buffalo's looks like even strength?

Well, Myers cost us a goal with a bad penalty. And no Patrick Kaleta to help the Sabres with the PK. Glad that Ruffston is "punishing" him, and us.

Well, he had a 5 1/2 game suspension to do that already. His absence hurt the team. To continue to bench him hurts not just him, but the team as well. Stupid - he's been out, what now, over two weeks?
