but whats that? I have not seen one quit on plays. I have seen them make silly mistakes but I have not seen a player don't care about what happens. Against Ottawa they played a great first period. Noise in the 2nd period? hardly. and when it was 2:3 they totally quit on the team. Maybe it's because the people in Buffalo are so much connected to their sportsteams but still there is a lot of room for improvement. (IMO)

Sorry but I woul rather see fans supporting a team even though it plays bad. I was watching Tampa Bay vs. Philly last night. Tamba Bay is on an aweful stretch as well. When Giroux tied it at 2, it took the crowd like 10 seconds to start a "Let's Go Bolts" chant and they kept going and Tampa came back with a few good shifts right after that. There is a reason why other teams like to play in Buffalo. They aren't intimidated at all. No one is afraid to play here. It's the easiest road game in the NHL. In rough words, at the FNC there are only a bunch of fans and mostly specators. Nothing is wrong with showing that you aren't happy from time to time, but at the FNC the booging starts after the first turnover. And even if they lead 2:1 there is hardly any support. Maybe the culture of being a fan is different from europe to north america, but the support at the FNC is a joke. And if you decide to buy tickets and visit a game you must be aware that the team can lose, even in a horrible way. If you can't stand that don't go to the game. A real fan supports his team in good and bad times. He isn't only cheering when the team leads 5:0.

If they sign hodgson to more than 4.0 million, they would overpay him. Id say 2y 7.5 or 3y for 10.5

Dont forget he has 1 great(short) season. I think 3.5 is realistic. Everything above for 1 good (short) season with lots of defensive downside wouldnt make much sense.

And please lets think about it. Why could RR bench Kaleta? Probably not because Kaleta has had some stupid incidents in the past, like checking from behind or headbutting. He had a suspension now and RR does not want to give him something to think about so that Kaleza finally knows what time it is for him... Or could that be the reason? :-O

I made my fantasy sabres 2014 roster today. Regehr, Leopold, Hecht, Gerbe and Stafford are gone for me.

Sure but as of now Kaleta's biggest pro is "sucking" someone into take a penalty Our PP is 30th in the league so that doesnt help the abres much. He has no points,is not scary on offense at all and can't play as physical as he used to because he gets called for it. Players are used to him running around, hitting the glass next to them as well. This sounds hard, but people would yell "get him outta here as soon as possible" if he would not be a hometown boy...

I honestly dont see a point why Kaleta should be in the lineup...
