Kevyn could very easily 1.) Turn 13 into Michkov and 2.) Still have a plethora of assets to get Pesce/Hanifin and a good goalie

If Michkov actually falls a few spots I would jump thru hoops to get him

For one more data point, I would prefer Pesce because I prefer his handedness, and think that he is more finely tuned to cover most of the things our defense corps lacks than Hanifin (who is by no means poorly-tuned for us)
