If the guy makes 3 more saves per 100 shots he is about .915 sv % and about 2.40 GAA. Tells me he isnt too far off the top goalies yet he hasnt been nearly good enough, the difference is tiny yet huge.

Physically weak is one thing, which Sabres teams have been for quite some time now, throw in the mentally weak part and its a disaster. Need more alpha males, not beta males.

Terry absolutely is meddling in day to day. In his mind why not its working and working well for the Bills. He obviously thinks his way is best as he probably did the same kind of meddling in his oil businesses, which were also successful. Will he change, who knows but until he realizes the Sabres need to have a different approach from him nothing will change.

At this point I think the Sabre brand is so tarnished around the league former Sabre players may be the only people willing to take jobs within the organization. Thats tough when Terry seems to have painted himself into a corner with his ineptness.

I'm kind of starting to think Lindy was the only coach willing to come to Buffalo. If Adams is really having trouble getting good players to come to Buffalo why would it not apply to good coaches also.
