Yup, but I don't recall a time recently when half way through the season all 4 teams were in the playoff. The last 20 or so years NE ran away with the division and maybe one team was chasing them and eventually didn't make the playoff.

I have not been for years, but used to ski the Laurentiens norht of Montreal a lot. One of my favourite things that I looked forward to each winter was a week skiing in Utah (far less crouded than Vail). Snowbird and Alta were my favourites. Stayed in Salt Lake City, which was nice and quiet (except one year they had March Madness there and it was crazy) and used to take the shuttle buses up to the ski resorts and back every day. I still love it, but retired years ago.

The Sabres have drafted good players that are continuing to learn and grow as a team. They will have two studs on D. With a defensive anchor too. They need to find a reliable #4 that is young enough to fill out the top 4. The rest will be serviceable. The forwards are pretty good, but they need to fill one last legit top six guy. Ideally two that would push Asplund back into the bottom six where he is better suited. Cozsie and Tuchsie are good top six players on a good team. Skinsie is going to start to show his age, but is still a good goal scorer. Tage is becoming / is a true 1C. I think Jacksie will help us forget about that other guy. Mattsie will be a good player in the NHL. The Sabres desparately need Levsie to become that true top tier NHL goaler. Murrsie was a boob and Bottsie was on the right track until he hired Ralph which set the team back along with some other boneheaded moves. Donsie is the right coach for now. The thing is and it's always been this way ... the difference between winning and losing in the NHL is very little. These Sabres will be fine.

Agreed. The Bills will win big this weekend and almost as big on Thanksgiving.
