I don't think Krebs will be traded, at least not anytime soon. Story is that KA held out and insisted that Krebs be the prospect included in the trade. I think he is playing very well in his new role. He should stay there until we see how some others develop. I don't think any roster player will be traded this season.

Terrible news. Prayers for a full and quick recovery. Not that it really matters, but how old is he? Seems like these things are happening to younger and younger people all the time. Scary stuff.

He is a UFA so he likely would accept either option ... trade or demotion. There is a reasonably good chance he would be picked up, but rosters are pretty much set for all but the lowest of the low right now.

We finally have some snow. Very little and it's kind of ice crystals more than snow, but it's white and on the ground and trees and it looks beautiful and I don't have to deal with it in anyway. Your point was well made. You are good. The vast majority of people (believers in a higher power or not) will default to prayer and / or keeping someone in our thoughts. It's all we can do. A believer (I am one ... a Muslim) no matter what faith teaching they follow will say that prayers help, but deep down we are thankful for the gifts bestowed through hard work and learning on the people who saved this young man's life and they are real heros. A believer will say those gifts were by the grace of the higher power / God.

I like him a lot and he is a good soldier, but I think that Hiney-Stroka will likely be traded. UPL is on fire now and can't be sent down.
