His father is one of the most beloved Leaves ever. The fans in The Great Satan have been clamouring for Max to be a Leaf since he was drafted.

I love this guy's attitude. He is what the Sabres D needed.

I am not convinced that the Sabres ever planned to trade him before the end of the coming season. I think the plan is to keep the forward group together as is for one more season. When the youngest forwards have another year of maturity the Sabres will re-***** all the forwards, especially with KO very possibly returing as a player after the coming season.

This is the kind of vet signing I thought the Sabres needed on D. The KO of the D.

When he retires he will bocome the Sabres AGM. That's what I think everyone wants. I like the idea.
