Thanks to our fan in Baltimore who is up with the crows for getting us up and going last night in Nashville, but I will give this a go ... Before the season started and we saw the Sabres were scheduled to go into Tampa and Nashville with a game in Miami in between no one in their wildest dreams would have thought that the Sabres would play well and not be crushed by two of the top teams in the NHL. I'm with SwampD the Sabres are still playing well and could have won these last three games. These are the teams that are already getting into playoff form. The Sabres are fine. I am not sure they played a real stinker all year, which is a refreshing change. Onward ...

Good ole Tom was great, but was notorious for letting a squeaker right between the legs / 5 hole at the least opportune time. Funniest part, but not in a ha, ha way, was that he stopped doing it after going to Pittsburgh and winning those two cups with Mario and Jagr et al.

You are too new to the board to know that I have been clamouring for the Sabres to draft a Moosehead since 2013. First it was FUCALE!! when McKinnon, or Drouin were not realistic, Then EHLERS!!, then MEIER!!, then HISCHIER. I am a legend here, in part, because of this.
