It was the proper call. There should be no controversy and no belly aching from Mahomes, Reid or anyone else. Dude was close to half a yard offside. The call had to be made. The call is extremely rare since no one ever lines up that far offside on offense. In that still from the video dude is looking at the ball and can clearly see everyone else. People are forgetting that after the penalty KC had 3 more plays to get the ball at least into FG range .. they didn't. The D held. The Bills played very well against a very good team. On the road. A must win game and they did.

Dylan Cozens is playing hurt. He will be finer than fine.

Skate sharpening is a very skilled trade. This could present a problem. I don't think the Sabres can commit 10+ years for Mattsie to reach his skate sharpening prime. VP Puck Freezing is the latest rage for all the teams. I think Mattsie would be great in that pivotal role.

Thanks, guys. I did not watch the game. I was using two cans and a string to try to follow a terrible update on NHL.com out here in the Nova Scotian hinterland while being not even 30KMs (20 miles) from a fairly major Canadian city with 500,000 inhabitants.

They showed character coming back to earn the tie. That said a team looking to gain the playoff for the first time in forever can't play like crap for 50+ minutes and then luck into a tie, especially against a team they are in the fight for playoff with.
