Sabres Fan in NS

The college football playoff is a joke. There is no way that I would have put in the Tide at 4. FSU got screwed royally. Just shows the influence and power of Saban and AU. My fear is the Tide will find a way to win this thing - they always seem to find a way. Hopefully Michigan will smash them right in the face and not look back.

It stinks when the Sabres play well enough to win against a team roughly at the same stage of rebuilding on a back-to-back and they have no luck atoll.

Myles had 'retired' from touring just last March - his last show was in Truro, NS. He had health issues and he must have knon that the end was near. Sadly, now there is no chance for a miracle and @Taro T will be able to see the fantastic band - there is no April Wine without Myles Goodwyn, even though I think the 'band' is still playing live and were working on a new album. Halifax's greatest contribution to the rock and roll scene. I saw them in 1980 and they were fantstic. RIP Myles.

Unfortunately, no. We had a nice garden when we lived in Bedford (about 15kms from downtown). When we moved to Prospect (right on the Atlantic) the air and soil is too salty to grow any vegetables. I frequent local farmers markets as much as possible.

Tomato sandwich. Very under appreciated. Awesome lunch with just a bit of half-sodium salt.

You be quite with this crap. No one is cancelling anyone. Shameful behavior if he did it. Seems like there are two very conflicting reports of the incident. One a dramatic 911 call and another the day (or so) after. My point is that in Canada it does not matter if she changes her mind after the fact. If there is sufficient evidence there will be charges brought even if the victim changes their story.

6K is and will continue to be fine. The team did not play good D in front of him. That said, he is a goalie in the NHL. None of them play lights out every night. He did not play well atoll. It happens. I would have pulled him in the first, but what do I know. When your O peppers the other guy with 40+ SOG and scores 4 time and should have had a few more, then your G has to give you very good odds to win.
