The guy at #7 should be an NHL player. The guy at #31 is a maybe at best. The rest we will be lucky to have any of them have a decent NHL career. So, you are right ... potential, the same as every other year, but at least the #7 pick is a very likely NHL player.

I understand fans frustration, but very few trades of note have happened. Bottsie made some moves and drafted dome players, so, in fact, he has done something. If it is the start of training camp and still no significant changes have been made, then I will be concerned. I tend to think that Bottsie will allow new coachie to take a good look at what he has to work with.

I love driving a stick shift. My first car was a 1987 Mustang - 5 spd. Awesome!! One on my favourite and easiest stick to drive (the clutch was as smooth as velvet) was an Opel Astra that we rented in Croatia one time. I almost bought it and shipped it home.

I'm not sure about 2 summer cars, but what the heck you only live once. Everyday car ... I have my eye's out for a Suburu of some sort. The standard AWD intrigues me.
