I was one of the most vocal advocates of trading Risto for Laine. Now I say that the Sabres don't have to. Victor is our Laine, only better, or will be, IMO. Now ... EHLERS!! ? Well, that is a different matter ... bring him to me ...

Yes. Guilty as charged. I watched Weegar a lot when he played in Halifax. If I recall correctly, which is a scary proposition at best, he was drafted with the final pick in the 2013 draft. I thought he had a good chance to really do something with the Panthers. He was a force on D for the 2013 Memorial Cup champion Mooseheads. Man that was a great team. MacKinnon, Drouin and, of course, Fucale (?) ... I was not aware that Rivet is his uncle. Actually, wiki says that Rivet is his cousin. Weegar wears #52, cus Rivet wore that number. Small world.

From my perspective this great start to the season is very different then the 10 game streak last year. The Sabres are playing much better overall this season and are really playing like a well coached machine.

I voted this morning. First in line at my advance polling station. Vote early and vote often, yup. Did not vote Liberal, or Conservative, or NDP, nor People's Party (they did not field a candidate in my riding (district)) ... I voted Green and I feel great.

There are no videos, just straight up music. You can play whole albums straight through. You can mix and match a play list. It's pretty awesome, if you just want music on while you are working, or whatever.

Now that we are discussing health care issues ... Your system is not perfect and I know that many multi-millions do not have insurance coverage, but at least you can get care, even without insurance in critical cases. Here in Canada we have millions without a primary care doctor. There are wait lists a mile long for tests and to see specialists (my wife is on a 3 year wait list to see an allergist). People are dying all the time after a diagnosis, while waiting for treatments. Doctors here do make mistakes, but we could not sue them even in the most severe malpractice situations.
