Please keep an open mind when reading that book, especially the background of and who the author became. I never understood the true meaning and motivation of the Christian Apologist movement. Seems counter productive to me, but I wish you well.

IMO, To view what happened when the European invaders arrived in North America and when they really began to expand West as a war is not a reflection of reality. There was no war. It was full on genocide. The goal of which has been achieved. You all don't have to accept that, or feel badly, or whatever, as it was not the only time this has happened. Down through the ages this has happened over and over again. I see no difference between what happened to the Native population here in NA (Canada was no better) and what happened in Rwanda, Nazi Germany and in Bosnia, just to name a few. I feel very strongly about this and can not sit back and let people say stuff without saying my peace, especially now ... yesterday marked the 25th anniversary of the start of the slaughter in Srebrinica, which was the culmination of the genocide committed against the Bosnian Muslims.

Someone up thread, or in another thread, said that the Sabres should draft Taro Jr out of sure frustration and to have the legend rekindled. Now, that would be awesome.

I hear you. I'm in Halifax and things are pretty good here, but I am fearing the worst since our premier, who was doing a good job of handling the COVID thing, suddenly turned back into the idiot that he is. We have opened up the so called "Atlantic Bubble" where we are free to travel in the region if we live here. The problem is that they are lettting in everyone and their dog who do not reside in one of the four Atlantic provinces. Even dumber is the grand announcement that we will not be turning away cars with US plates on them when they arrive at the boarder of NS.

I won't speak for @inkman (love you Inky), but I would say that no one here was insulted by what you posted. You're good. We are all on edge these days. We are all COVID out and locked in our own homes with our family is hardly ever fun, but when it goes on forever forget it. On top of that our beloved Sabres couldn't even qualify for the damn playoffs when they added 8 more teams this year. The Sabres have not played in what feels like years and when they do play they have stunk every time.

I agree that the pick should be traded, but not for BB. In a package for a legit 2C ... yes, but if not that then make a pick at #8. This draft is deep enough that there should be a player there. RaKru knows where Skinner needs to play.

Skinner is in the plans going forward. RaKru, just needs to realize where he is best used and keep him there.

I would not give them #8 for him. I agree with @thewookie1 that #8 should be used at the draft, unless it is used to help bring in a legit 2C. To be clear, it would take a lot more than #8 to get a legit 2C, but that is the only thing I'd give #8 for.
