It's stupid, so might as well do it at the most stupid time, eh. -
Didn't Marino / Kelly end up in an AFC Championship game in Miami in 1992? I think so. Is that not the best we can hope for with Matthews / Eichel at this point?

Who do you guess will get the number 1 pick

Crosby and Malkin are old now, so Penguins. Too bad this guy isn't from Cole Harbour, NS ... that would be the cherry on top of the poop sunday. -
Give me the EPL and evey other pro football league I know ... 3 for regulation win and 1 point for a regulation draw. That's it.

When a #24 seed, or whatever you call it, has a chance to win the cup ... they are in the playoff. Same as in Euro2020 (sorry now 2021) they have 8 counties in the playoff for the last 4 remaining spots in the finals. Each of those 8 teams right now has the same chance at winning the Euro2020 (2021) as any group winner.

Florida Panthers GM Dale Tallon being Fired

Snap him up Pegs. It would be as if we lost the first ever draft lottery, but had a 50 year get out of jail free card. -

@Wyldnwoody44 ... you better save some energy for that thing we talked about up thread, eh!! -
Same here in NS, but we have had very few cases throughout this first wave. I have very little doubt that the opening of schools and the preasure to open the boarder with the US will be disasters. Our (Canada's) only real hope is if we keep our boarders closed to all non-essential international travel.

Yeah, I know who you were referring to. My question was in general terms and not about anyone specifically. Do you have any thoughts to share on my question? If not, that's okay.

Seeing this as not capitalized has me thinking and wondering your opinion on something. I often look at the accepted definition of zealot and wonder when the switch happened from it being viewed as a positive to a mostly negative view of the word and when using it to describe a person? I think of some of the greatest men and women down through the ages to be true zealots ... Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad and many others. What do you think about this idea? The first Zealots were a band of Jewish rebels against the Roman Empire in the time just after Jesus.

Venice is fantastic, but tends to be overrun. I really like Florence. Pompeii is very intereting too. My wife and I were almost locked in there over-night when we lost track of time and were hopelessy lost in the maze. We had the place to ourselves too, which is rare.

Canada gave the world another power rock trio in the 1970s. Not as popular worldwide as RUSH, but these guys were really good too.
