I agree with those suggesting signing Paul S. He will not be forcing anyone of note out of the lineup on a 2 year $5M deal. I think he fills the need nicely.

I really don't know anything about this guy, but I will hape for the best, as usual.

I think he will continue to develop in Rochester with a reasonable look in Buffalo depending on injuries etc ... 25ish games in Buffalo. He will take strides this year and become a reasonable reliable NHL backup by the end of the season.

You and your wife are good people with hearts in the right place. Our next door neighbour specializes in training of rescue and high risk dogs. She usually works at client homes to integrate the dog into that home, but her boss has a boarding school where the dogs live in for some time to facilitate the training and works with the dog and the owners to make it all work. I hope that there is similar services available in your area. Good luck to you all.
