If Josh puts up 42 against any team one would should be able to cont on the D and ST to allow no more than 41. What a terrible effort on D against the Rams. Game of the year part 2 today. I don't think either of them have that much faith in Reimer. They brought him in and they waived him. The team picking him up on waivers ended up waiving him. The Sabres claimed him off waivers. There is not much confidence there, but let's all hope Reimer fools everybody - especially the Sharks tonight, if he, indeed, does play.

One big difference - in 05/06 they were not trying to exorcise the demons after a tragic decision by management. They were slowly rebuilding the team from the ashes of a Cup final run a few short years prior. Big difference, but I hope for the best.

It's not so terrible playing in the last 5 cups. Winning the first two and then losing the next three has got to be tough when being the favourite in all of them. Oh, well. Stuff happens.
