  1. 'How Soon is Now?'
  2. All of them, except the Sabres.
  3. The Tex-***** will not be near the #1 seed. Who do they play outside the division - not sure, but this part of the schedule will keep them in the 10 to 12 win range. What a game. Play of the game has to be Oliver poking it out with 2 or 3 minutes left. This is what the NFL craves. Of the big 3 (may have to include Cincy at some point this year) in the AFC only the Bills are on 1 win after week 1. I think the Chiefs will have a down year and will end up a wildcard. Kelce is obviously distracted. Mahomes does not look right - just a bit off in game 1. All those close wins last year was an indication of them faltering a bit. I don't think the same luck will prevail this season. Not sure how it would all work out, but I would love to see a Bills - Ravans AFCCG in Orchard Park.
  4. Who cares about this BS being within the rules. And how exactly is Montreal improved? They may have traded Carey for $1 or something. They certainly did not get a player in return. Trading for a player who will not ever play for your team so you can get to the cap floor is crap and should not be allowed - that's my point.
  5. Were you evan alive in 1991 and / or 1992 ?? Baring some strange thing happening the Jays will either be 2 or 4 games up on the dreaded Yankees. Is it too early to talk about 'magic numbers' ?? It must be about 30 now. Baseball is exciting when it's close in September.
  6. Why is there a debate on this? Sign him for whatever he wants. He is a top player and loves it in Buffalo.
  7. You forgot Lawyer. That should not taint his legacy much. His and T Espo's greatest moments have to be the Summit Series in 1972.
  8. This weekend will let everyone know that the Blue Jays are, indeed, the real deal. There is a very real chance that the Brewers (who would have thunk it) and Jays meet in the WC.
  9. Jesus !! The NHL is a joke. What is below Beer League?? The NHL is one step below whatever is below Beer League. Also, RIP Mr. Dryden. https://www.cbc.ca/sports/hockey/nhl/ken-dryden-obit-1.7627028
