Scratch Eichel and ROR for a game or two, and reward a couple Amerks with a game or two in the NHL.

I can only go from the mid-80’s teams up until today. The team has always been watchable. I pride myself in saying that I’ve only missed a handful of games since ‘96. The tank teams were tough to watch, but at least they had players that were trying despite a lack of talent. This is the first season where I’ve found myself not able to fully pay attention to the games. Last night, washing my dishes was more entertaining than watching the end of the 1st. Once I noticed the score was 2-0, I never went back to watching the game. There’s simply other things that I’d rather do than waste 2-3 hours watching this team. It’s sad to hear myself say that. For many years, Sabres games are something I’ve always looked forward to, and missed dearly in the summer months.

If the team was doing well, would we even be discussing this?
