Detroit: Andrew Copp, David Perron, Ben Chariot, Dominik Kubalik, Olli Matta, Mark Pysyk, Ville Husso. On other boards I skim over, not a member there though, buffalo fans are complaining we never tried for Copp, but he is a red wings fan, was always going there. Chariot didn't he fall off last couple of seasons ? Maatta is slow as hell, Husso is a question mark. Copp / Perron / Kubalik should strengthen their middle six quite a bit. Ottawa: Alex Debrincat, Claude Giroux, Cam Talbot, Jacob Larsson. I like Debrincat, but will he score 40 without kane ? Giroux and Talbot are on the wrong side of 30 , and Larsson I never liked on D. These teams might be better for 1 year, but after that the sabres will be much better in my mind.

I was on the bandwagon first 2 years, but started to appreciate Samson more than him. Most of all his interviews annoyed me the most.

Nah he nixed a trade between leafs and flames years ago, doubt he goes there.

I never keep my hopes up high for these teams looking to clear cap, usually its not a really good asset going the other way.

I like the Comrie Idea. Samsonov might not be a bad option, I don't care if he has an attitude problem, have to be a little crazy to be a goalie anyway. And him not receiving an offer might have more to do with washington being tight against the cap and wanting to pay a goalie like Keumper or Campbell.

This is what it is though. Campbell - Kuemper UFA that will not sign with us probably. Any other goalie will be a fringe NHL goalie that is looking for a shot, those will be our targets and hope for the best.

I know, but its not an incentive in any deal for us to add more, we don't need them to do it. They will want 1st round picks and we shouldn't do this.
