Toronto and Boston have been blamed for him turning his back on the predators. But Vessey and Eichel trained last offseason ( I read this somewhere :P ). I wouldn't be surprised if jack has some influence on him. His father claimed he didn't want his kid in boston because all of the pressure. Also I think GMTM is very quiet about his plans, we are making a splash this off season for sure

In that respect Eichel might be the best draft pick ever, can you imagine Eichel bringing in Vessey + him over the summer because they work out ? :p

Hate to say it but the flyers are hot right now, EC finalist in my eyes. edit: can't really see the panthers, lightning or wings winning from that team.

Kasorf might be one of our future goalies and I'm with you in wanting to see him get some action, to bad he was injured. Johnson deserves to play the last game anyway. -
Eichel and Reinhart have a good shot themselves, they don't need laine (wouldn't dismiss him if pulju is gone though :p ), but someone with the same Hockey IQ as them and who can shoot it as well in Pulju. Agree completely.

I take that and run away, If sakic does that trade he needs to be locked up in a mental hospital. Even with Matthews coming back. I would still do that trade anytime.

Well that and a team that finished 22nd in the league winning the draft , the same team that got blasted in the media for tanking on purpose two years in a row. Don't think we would garner much sympathy around the league as well :p

Its not because he has been playing well, he is a good player but his flaws from a year ago are still there. I just feel he is getting hyped for a summer trade. The thing that bothers me is the fact that he dishes out a punch and always gets saved by referees because he punks out.
