Don't think its about giving him a chance, the last year were just both candidates throwing dirt at each other. You should see how left European politicians are reacting to the the Trump win. They suddenly start talking about creating an European army :p Then getting blamed by the right side for being pussies all these years , and overreacting because Trump won.

hah no, we use both over here :)

It's time to dump some bad players if possible

That was my point, was drunk so might not have made it clear, but Moulson is playing the way he can, getting in around the net looking for dirty goals. Ennis and Girgensons I was hoping more from. -

I'm not , I'm starting to love Moulson, he is finally playing his game, getting into the dirty area's , getting rebounds, deflections. Seriously Moulson, larsson, Lehner are the only ones playing their game, the rest seem to be waiting on RoR and Eichel. -

I like to think we are 3 years ahead :p -
All the other fights just stop to watch that one :p

I feel like they are rushing their injured players back to much, really scared for Eichel now.

Difference is, to make the playoffs most of those teams can handle it. For a team rebuilding its deadly.

Don't think we'll see Ennis back in the shape he was in 2 years ago :(
-
That is a valid reason and I don't think you appreciate your boss much :p

with Schneider being up, I can't see him being send down easy. Scoring leader in the ahl, not excempt from waivers. Seems a bit risky if its just for a few games.

Read something in one of our newspapers today. Doubt it would ever happen, but Trump really isn't liked on the republican side. What if the electoral college would vote Hillary in over Trump. If enough republicans abstain from voting , or just vote for Hillary , crazy I know but still :P And for those wondering if its democratic or not, its a system put in place to keep incompetence out of the white house, really seems fitting to use it for once :P

Have to agree with eleven on this, Trump really worked the media well. Even in Europe you could hear daily about all the very questionable tweets he send out. And the media kept falling for it. Trump actually said this himself in the 80's this is how he would win, He was a Democrat back then and he literally said: If I want to run for president, I'd become a republican because they are the ones stupid enough to vote me in. That being said the guy is not completely retarded, his speech was calm and just what the markets needed to rebound, If he had made any remark like he has the past year, the markets would have made a nose dive for sure. Before the speech European markets were down 3%, after they gained half of it back already. I'm not really happy about him either, I think the secret service will have their hands full in protecting him. I think short term he will be bad for Europe and alienate us, he will have better relations with Russia and putin though. But in the long run it might not be bad to have Europe stand more on its own.

Seems like the European markets are holding steady at the moment. We got a saying over here: The soup is not eaten as hot as it is given. If that translation makes sense :p

I think Clinton shows a lack of respect for not giving a speech. Makes her look Elitist and that lost her the election the most I think.
