Come to think of it you are probably right, but I also think Eichel, Lehner and O'Reilly on their exit interviews with Murray didn't really shine a bright light on the sabres. Wouldn't be surprised if TP contacted some players and staff personally to get a sense of what was happening.

How did we jump from page 4 to 9 already :D I'm not reading back on all of this, I want the right person for this job. When Murray got picked I was one of the first to jump on the murray bandwagon. Now I say the right GM is the one that brings me a stanley cup in 3 years. Problem is , you can't wait weeks, the expansion draft would screw us over. Unless TP has confidence in the choices already made by murray.
