That is the problem, he fills a need. I read about him and he is very bad against the run. Think he just fills a hole and its not a very big contract. But they know him very well, so should know how to use him best.

Well I started the month doing shifts at 06.30 1430 , I just did 14.30-22.30 this week and a 17.00 - 01.00 on friday. And now I'm starting my night shifts next week.

I do my job at 3 am just fine thank you :p
