PU was actually one of my sleepers to make the team this year, he almost got his 9 game try out last year.

lol wtf PU was one of our better prospects, but I guess we already got a lot of centers. We really didn't give much up for Skinner though. Hope we can sign him to a longer deal, but if he had to waive his NMC, I guess we have a shot.

Hurt my back at work on monday, took me 20 minutes to get out of bed on tuesday. Told work I couldn't be there on thursday and friday because of it, load of whining. Guess rutherford wasn't so tight lipped about the sheary deal then. Why would he ask such a thing if he didn't know about Botts interest in some of those players.

Yes he is a good player, but he wasn't the player when he signed that deal. His ELC stats are comparable with Samson, so yes he can sign the same deal. Or you can risk bridging him and him becoming the player Scheifele has become after his ELC years and risk having to sign him to 8x9 or something.

I think KHL is the future for hockey in Europe though, might hard the more traditional countries like , Switzerland, Sweden, Finland and maybe Germany. But the KHL could be a 40 team euro/russian league easy.

I know we have a history of coming out on top of Minnesota trades, but this would be a steal.
