At the time I didn't mind the McNabb trade, well I thought 2 2nd round picks seemed a bit much. But I thought Deslauriers and Fasching both would become bottom 6 guys and we had McCabe who seemed better to me.

I like that he took a flyer on two possible UFA's, but this also might just become another Vessey trade :p

That was obvious before this trade even. Dhalin Scandella McCabe Guhle Pilut Mike Sislo might be a good AHL addition.

AHL fourth liner for us last year, kinda sad what we lost in that McNabb trade. No room for him on the big club anyways, better than losing him on waivers for nothing.

Our set up is all wrong, Martinez has them play a 3-4-3 formation. De Bruyne is forced to play to low and away from the goal to much and he has the rest of the team play to high. I can see a first round exit happening for Belgium, I think the team lacks character and not taking Nainggolan with to Russia is a huge mistake. Draw Panama, lose from Tunisia and draw England and we are out, I'm pretty pessimistic but yeah.
