Very rough couple of games we got coming, a good test for this team. lightning , Jets/wild back to back games and penguins. If we win half of those I'm happy ?

I think he benefitted just like auston matthews from sheltered offensive zone starts which inflated his numbers. He is more of a defensive liability than Samson. That being said I think he woul complement Samson very nicely if they would ever shift Samson back to center.

Different kind of talent, but not more talented. Samson is subtle and actually makes his linemates better.

Thing what impresses me more about Mittelstadt is his defensive play, you seem him break up so many plays. Give the kid a good big bodied winger please that can score. I get why Botts wanted Thompson for that.

I think the issue with Samson and Jack for many people is that they are not scoring many goals, But if they did we would probably see them at a 80 (samson) - 120 point pace. That being said I do expect them to be hitting the back of the net a lot more.

this line reminds me to much of legwand and larrson being there. Berglund might be expensive but he is a nice add for that alone. I made same mistake and went out and had drinks with my buddies. ?

Every pass I see scandella make to mittelstadt is so bad, kid has no chance of keeping it on the team being surrounded by 2 canucks on center ice.
