I think 4.9 mill for 4 more years is doable, its after age 36 it gets crippling for me.

I can't see Weber playing more than 3 years still. Its a big cap hit but not a crippling one. If he playes another 5 years and retires then its another matter. Also I think they would just work out a deal where they trade for him and put him on LTIR.

I don't know about that, I was reading on some blackhawks blog. Forum member there said he was behind the St louis bench in December and could hear and see the entire team not getting along. They were actually not a good team back then and all the players were actually insulting each other. I thinke Berube had a lot to do with making it a team. Sometimes the right coach comes along.
