  1. Well, who knows? Maybe (MAYBE!) Mitts and Olli come back in line up soon. That will require shifting people around and who knows where they end up. I get @Taro T's point that Skinner could be a defensive liability with Grigs and Okposo, but I still think its the best place for him.
  2. Just a thought, but this may be another example of how the ubiquitous nature of cameras and tv have led to a drop in violence. Hockey use to take place “in the dark” so to say but once the tv started showing Terry O’Reilly going into the stands in Madison Square Garden after fans the powers that be had to do something. That story is pretty wild but not surprising, players wanting to brutalize the refs and fans out of control. No thanks! Interesting look at how hockey and society has has evolved in our lifetimes
  3. I did say he was trying to pass more. Yes, that was a good one. Just think a more consistent passer would be better. I really like Skinner on the wing with Okposo and Girgs, but Donny G didn’t let that experiment last long.
  4. I think Tage would benefit by having a better passing winger than Skinner there. Not sure if its fair or not, but I view Skinner as a drag on others players production. He's been passing better lately, but a play maker he is not.
  5. I'll take your word for it, but I had thought 27-28 was the prime years. Perhaps that's how it use to be...League getting younger all the time
  6. I hope that now that he is driving play he continues on his trajectory of improvement. He's getting the chances now, later he will hopefully be converting them more.
  7. Tage has been looking good. What do you think his upside is?
  8. Not really. They do look better, but young. It helps to keep in mind that there is help on the way. Coach G needs to get Cozens with better line mates. I think Cozens, R2 and Bjork would be a serious good scoring line. Not sure if he doesn't want Hyden, Vinnie and Cogglia on a line together but he needs to do something.
  9. Mittelstadt (upper body) remains without a definite timetable for his return to action, Lance Lysowski of The Buffalo News reports. Mittelstadt can be considered out indefinitely with his upper-body injury. The 22-year-old forward has gone scoreless through one game this campaign. https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/hockey/news/sabres-casey-mittelstadt-no-timeline-for-return/ Could not find anything on Henri J
  10. Good, increases Miller’s trade value
  11. He is a complete joke. Nice guy, but he is not good at all. I had to listen to radio one night and I had no clue what was going on
  12. Cozens with a Okposo and Girgs, good
  13. He’s getting the opportunities, he will start converting more in future, I hope
  14. Tage is something else
  15. I hope Dahlin was watching what just happened to Cozens
  16. Dylan and the Place Holders. The next boy band!
  17. Eakin, nice shoot in, omg
  18. Hey, we got the puck to their goalie! Progress
