Because that would be a waste of money. If all the cheerleaders in the NFL went away tomorrow it would not effect the sale of a single ticket. And there are 36 Jills, at 20 grand a piece that's 720k. I think that's a little more than the NFL would like to invest in an unimportant side show.

Because no one watches the NFL for the cheerleaders, and the NFL knows it. The NFL doesn't employ them either. They are independent contractors who sign on to earn very little. Good lawsuit though. This organization did just fork over 3 mil to a guy who got too many text messages. Get rid of the cheerleaders, no one cares.

MacKinnon was set to go #1 two years before his draft day. Those guys are stars. All the rankings and mock drafts before the draft (the ones that made it seem like a hard decision between him and Seth Jones) are designed for hits on web pages. The NHL teams dont care about the central scouting rankings, those are released for us. The Avs knew what they were getting when the won the lottery.

Wore 7 in baseball, 9 is the family hockey number and 85 was my football number. I currently wear 85 in hockey because my league is huge and 9 was taken. The teams get mixed up every session and to save money and practice jerseys for the WBS Penguins my league commissioner decided to get us all one black jersey and one white. 7 and 9 were gone and i wasnt going to wear 07 or 09 so i took 85. Hey, its better than some of the triple digits that the noobs get saddled with.
