Not to pile on Jeff Skinner but I will..... he has now lost spots next to mcdavid and Draisaitl on the Oilers top 2 lines today he is set to play on the 3rd line next to Adam Henrique. Once Hyman comes back, I have a feeling Jeff will have to find a comfy seat in the press box.

Obviously the 2 points was the most important take away from the game BUT, Quinn finally looking like himself is super important for this teams playoff drive. So good to see him resemble the player we saw (when healthy) over the last couple of seasons. Also, has Kulich done enough to stay in the lineup even once Tage returns?? could he take a centre spot away from Cozens and push Dylan to the wing?

Who actually is a big problem for them right now. Can hardly have him on the ice. Not the right discussion for it but I offer Columbus a 1st for Provorov tomorrow to replace him as my top RHD

I went back and rewatched that play. Dan said it was Kulich but it was actually Jokiharju. #10 not #20 I'm a big Kulich guy l, so wanted to set the record straight. No one out-muscles Kulich !

The real issue isn't just missing the net , it's missing the net on high danger chances. You have to make the goalie at least make a save and he doesn't do that far to often

1000%. Truer words have never been spoken. my guess is that yes the Oilers will make the playoffs and that Jeff Skinner will be traded. The Oilers seem to have realized already that this isn't a player you want on your team

He fell off a cliff once he lost his 1st line winger job to JJP I agree, imagine if he was on a line with McDavid? Or if he was on a line with Draisaitl ? He would be scoring like crazy. oh wait, I'm just being told he did start the season playing on lines with 2 of the best players on the NHL and did so well that he now plays on a line with RNH They just claimed Kapanen off waivers. He could find a spot in the press box next. I can't imagine any role for him once Kane returns The biggest issue with Skinner is and always will be - if he isn't scoring, he brings you absolutely nothing else for the last year or so, he scores in 1 in every 7 games or so The other 6, how much does he cost you ?? And is that worth it for a goal in the 7th game? Not a chance

I would guess Quinn has never struggled like this in his life and is having a difficult time figuring out how to get out of a slump Now he's in his own head and over thinking I won't be surprised to see Kulich kept up as long as they have a roster spot for him and Quinn gets a stint in the press box. Quinn will figure it out eventually luckily the Sabres finally have the depth to sit guys when they are struggling

Again if hockey was only played on a spreadsheet. I'll say it once more. When you have the youngest roster in the league, you cannot have one of your few vets setting an example that defence isn't important

I've been a huge critic of McDermott But today I want to praise his decision to go for it on the 4 and 2 that led to Josh's big run it was probably really tempting for him to kick a FG there. So happy he put the game in the hands of his best player and let Josh win it

As a fellow old guy who LOVED Kelly, I have to Josh is better. Yes, he hasn't taken the Bills to the level that Kelly did BUT Allens ability to Run is the differentiator. I love the fact that the Bills top 2 QBs in franchise history both had linebacker mentality and are tough as nails.

Hey, i said this last game and got 7 thumbs down. Though i went further and said the teams needs to relocate. fans are not coming back to this team, no matter. Team doesn't really deserve them coming back either. better to start from scratch with an expansion team

Don't hate him. Just wish he could hit force the goalie to make save when he gets a chance in the slot. Too often he sails it wide. I do think he would be a 3rd line winger on a really good team. BUT I would be happy with him if that was his role
