I got to meet him when he played for the Indianapolis Ice. Hasek was a human Gumby.

On of the most flexible and agile goalies of his era. Miller covered so much with that physical ability.

Botterill has to figure what type of team that they want. Then bring in those players. Murray has his chance but most of his players have not performed as expected. Sabres need more grit and size on defense. No plodding types but guys willing to clear out the front. The forwards have potential but need a talent infusion. The rebuild of the rebuild should start soon.

Sabres play defense so poorly. Eichel is a team leader and his play is shoddy. This was supposed to be a team built on speed but they are late and out of position routinely. Phil has his hands full. These guys do not get it.

I agree. I have been a fan since the beginning. This team has no character or personality. They have a handful of good players but the rest are meh. I remember bad seasons but having players you just loved to watch play.

That is how not to be in front. Clear the man out. Sabres need to get two or three stout hearted players with grit who know how to clear out the man in front.
