This off-season Adams has to infuse the team with veterans, specially some with grit, to get the young guys to the next level. FA period will be watched closely. They have shown that they cannot build through the draft only.

Sabres have given up 19 empty net goals (tie for the most in the NHL). No matter who is the HC, this group is horrible with the man advantage. Need guys with hustle and grit. Ruff has to cut his losses and just play out the game even strength. This is an aggravating assemblage of talent.

Time to tear it down. Get guys in here that might be less talented but have the will to win and will work their tails off every game.

I got off early to see this steaming pile of manure. Being a fan from day one this is the worst team I have witnessed. Even during the lean years there were guys who played night in and night out to win.

That is what is galling. They get laughed at and it does not motivate them. Two empty net goals is nauseating,

Lindy is insane. He keeps pulling his goalie and the result almost every time is an empty net tally. No will to win. No hustle to the puck. Flaccid play is accepted. These guys are stealing money by the way they are playing.

Pulling the goalie while you are being out worked already a man up. Sabres are a mentally lazy team.
