Don't just look at the price of the house. You need to seriously consider the taxes too. Where I live, I pay almost as much in taxes as I do for my mortgage which is crazy. Would you rather have a $90,000 house where the taxes are $3,000/ year vs a house that is $80,000 but the taxes are 4,500 a year?

I think Miller is here at least through the Olympics. If he ends up being the USA goalie and plays close to the level he did last time I think that only increases his trade value. Also allows Sabres to sell a ton of Miller team USA jerseys down at the store. Lots of free advertising.

I have no problem with the honesty saying it's a rebuild, but how can they keep Darcy in charge of the mess that he created? As a fan, it's as insulting as it gets.

Before i jumped on site tonight I was actually thinking about this same topic. I am in my late 40s so except for the first couple years I pretty much remember all of them. This is by far the worst Sabres squad ever. I will be surprised if this team gets to double digit wins. The worst part for me as a fan is the team is unwatchable and there really isn't much I can hang my hat on to be upbeat about. There is some talent on this team, but its obvious to me that Rolston is in way over his head. Darcy just sucks and that he is still here reafirms my belief that the plan all along for this year was to be so bad that we secure the first pick. No guarantees there either though because of lottery. This all just sucks.
