I was going to post something about this. Glad to see you beat me to it. I listened to the game on WITR...great game. Thought it was going to be a blowout when it was 3-0. Tonight's game is going to be good!

I hate people that have sick/personal time, and are truly sick, but are adamant about coming to work. PLEASE DON'T! I DO NOT WANT YOUR GERMS!!!! :censored: I swear to God, if I get sick...
-
that sucks dude! best of luck staying awake the rest of the day. I tossed and turned all night, but at least got some shut eye. Other than that, I don't have any complaints yet today...we'll see how long that lasts with the way stuff has been going here at work lately.
-
yeah. That was pretty bad.
-
I was under the impression they were actually in good standing up there, but I haven't followed Vermont at all so my bad on that assumption. :D
-
I knew his speech was pretty bad in terms of facts, but I didn't realize it was that bad. :death:
-
I do agree with this. I actually think Girgs may have been better off doing two years of college level at Vermont. They have a decent program, and decent competition.
-
I agree with you, but I think his development would just be better elsewhere rather than the Q. How many players have we seen light up the Q or other Junior leagues, only to not cut it in the NHL? I just wish he could get some time in the A.
-
To counter them? no. He was drafted to be a scorer on this team. Lighting up the Q, and not being hit by big guys, or facing tough competition (tough in likes of Chara, Lucic, etc, who he would see against him most likely) is likely to not help him along as much as we'd like.
-
1) quite possibly. I was still stuck on the previous posts of Grigs though so that thought bubble went right by me. 2) That's what I was trying to allude to
-
Is the experience that Grigs is getting really helping him though? tearing thru a league with no competition, averaging slightly over 2pts/game? Will that help his edge when he gets to the big league?
-
At least he maintained a sense of humor. That blows.

Soccer (Football) ~ Everything About The Beautiful Game
dEnnis the Menace replied to Sabres Fan in NS's topic in The Aud Club
Thanks friend. The coach actually chose not to play her. She was furious (as was I, having driven from Dryden to Endicott (pick up my girlfriend, and have lunch with her parents) and then to Elmira to see the game). She will definitely be going on their road trip this week, and will play in those games, but of course, I won't be able to watch :( . -

No. Pretty sure that's awesome.

It would be money I would/could put towards my annual ski trip, which is going to Vail and Beaver Creek this year. I would much rather have the money to put to good use, but that's just me.
-
I just almost spit my coffee all over my keyboard. Thanks for that.

Actually, we had toy Tommy Guns to hold during the ceremony and to walk into the reception. :D
-
umm...
-
I honestly hadn't realized that. Interesting. I would love to see Washington make it to the WS out of the NL though. I like how they've rebuilt that team.

who said accessories weren't part of the suit :P It was the most comfortable suit I've owned though, and it was a lot of fun to wear, vest and all. The shirt, not so much, as I thought the company we got the suits from skimped on the shirt, but the rest of it was just awesome. The only thing we were missing was a fedora :(
-
Personally, the favorite suit I have ever owned is my 1920's style pinstrips that we had to get for my cousin's wedding. Wanna talk about good time?

I felt good when I read that, and I felt better when I saw I was 109/226...and then I saw I was 36th/44 for my age/gender. That was a little disheartening lol. hence, my goal to just improve. I want to be in the middle...not the back half.
