I've never taught a class per say, but I have given lectures at high schools regarding career day, engineering, etc. My first time was nerve racking. It just gets easier. Glad that everything worked out! Best of luck the remainder of the semester!!

I dress my dog up on halloween every year, if nothing more than the satisfaction I get when he gives me the EFFFFF YOOOUUUUU face ;) (he was a dinosaur 2 years ago, Batman last year. it's great

Apparently Tom Brady is 'very upset' that the Pats traded 6 time pro-bowl guard Logan Mankins. Nothing makes me happier in the NFL universe (other than winning in fantasy football) than a 'very upset' Tom Brady (The Bills beating the Patriots leads to a very upset Brady, so that is included)

 you're scaring me man lol. That pic is epic. I kid anyways, yeah, I've noticed it more with people that are younger than me lately (so the under 25 groups) than any other age group. But I think that can be attributed to the technological age that they've come up in, with all the side bar ads on their websites and the social media and what not.

what do you think you are, weather.com or something. cut out the caps chief :P

Time Warner? yeah good luck with their customer service. They upped my fiance's and my cable bill for no reason. Spent well over an hour on the phone getting the charges dropped. Eff them. If there was any other option in my area, I would take it. looks to be just that

That's a very interesting point of view and it makes a lot of sense.

Am I the only person that doesn't think our pick next year would be top 5?

so you don't like Whaley? I'm kind of torn on him. He seems aggressive, which I like because it's different than recent history, but he also seems to go all-in or attempts to double down too quickly. I think Marrone is a decent coach, but his O-coordinator I believe is in over his head. I have no opinion on Brandon, as his hand in everything is kind of transparent.

This I too never understood the metaphor here. When you claim that the new owner needs to sweep the organization clean, you mean from top down, just coaches, players and coaches, please expand (I'm not trying to be argumentative, i'm just trying to understand what you're seeing and what you want done).

Ekblad I'm not really too surprised...but the other two surprise me. Then again, it is an offseason prospects ranking. These guys doing the rankings have got to be bored. I picture them in a board room and one guy going "hey, let's switch this one up for funnsies...We'll completely rearrange the top 4."

'cause that's a bad thing?

They went 11-5 and still missed the playoffs I agree with the notion that we should be continuously drafting QBs. I just don't think we should be counting on 4th round talent consistently pushing our starting QB. That could come back and bite us too. I honestly do NOT think that a Garroppolo (is that spelled right?) Pats team would be a favorite against the Bills. I think the Pats would be in serious trouble, especially with them now jettisoning their best guard.
-
I would be very shocked to see 4-12. I would be shocked to see 6-10 even. I am expecting somewhere between 7-9 and 9-7 and on the other end would be shocked to see 10-6 as that means we beat at least 1 or 2 good teams or swept both the Jets and Dolphins. The Bills can't just flat out tank like the Sabres. Not for any reason other than they just never do. The closest they got was the third overall pick when Dareus came out. It's always somewhere in the mediocrity.

I think I originally guessed 9-7...I'm gonna say 8-8 now. We should be able to beat the Jets and Dolphins at least once each, if not sweep one of them. Houston is better, but not that better (c'mon...Fitz is their starting QB). We should beat Oakland. San Diego and Detroit are toss ups...depends on which team shows up those days for both sides (as all three of them can be jekyll/Hyde). Did KC get better? They haven't looked better this offseason. There's another tossup. so say split Jets and dolphins (2-2). Figure lose both to Pats (worst case) (2-4). Beat Houston, and oakland, and one of SD or Det: 5-5. Lose to Denver and Green bay: 5-7. I think we could beat Minnesota and KC (we should've beat KC last year): 7-7. That leaves Chicago and Cleveland...which I have no idea which way it goes. realistically we could be 8-8. or even 9-7. or if everything goes to ######...we could be staring at 6-10. I don't think we're going to be as bad as everyone thinks.

ahh good point

At least it's a veteran presence behind EJ? I don't know. Even I can't see thru this one

there's one PA I know that seems to be the outlier :nana: :nana: I'm just playin' but in all seriousness, they really do lack the ego that most doctors have. The PA that I typically see asks my fiance for her opinion (she's an Rn) when we see him and he wants to run tests.
-
I agree with this. I like my PA better than P.C. physician.

no you don't. People with iPhones just need to re-send a couple of message as texts, and then the phone will recognize it within I think 30 days. my cousin switches back and forth like crazy, and I can always tell when he switches from an iphone to something else. It takes a couple weeks to recognize, but it eventually will. If the sender doesn't delete the conversation, and sends you more than a text every once in a blue moon, it'll recognize quicker.
-
does he get the full 3.1mil? and he was re-signed with the notion that he'd be a starting DE in Pettine's hybrid 3-4/4-3 under looks.

it's fun for me...so long as where I'm working allows to be.

I'm the kind of person where, if it isn't broken, and there are no problems with it, I'm not changing. It's not that I don't like change, but when it comes to electronics, I don't have the patience to re-teach myself something all the time. I'm too busy immersing myself in one of 3 things: my relationship, my sports, or my engineering skills (I take classes and have signed up for a lot of professional societies so that I can be up to date on everything I do). I just don't have the time to learn a new phone, when I can just keep getting my iPhone updated

There's been a study done that the biggest impact players come in the first 5 picks of the draft. the next 5 picks are not nearly as good, nor do they have as long of careers, then the next 5 picks (11 - 15) are actually better than 6 - 10. I need to find the sheet/infographic and writeup that has the usefulness and career longevity versus draft position. Basically it says teams such as the Ravens or Patriots are anomalies, and teams like Oakland, Detroit and the Jets have been drafting like ###### for 10 years +.
