Yup, first time home buyer indeed.

Congrats!! My fiance and I are going to start looking at houses on Sunday with a Realtor. Extremely excited! EDIT: and we got pre-approved on Wednesday for a mortgage B-)

And it took him to the last game last year to throw a TD to a receiver!!

There's a few Vietnamese restaurants around the Ithaca area (real and otherwise), and I haven't found something I don't like yet, but i'm also not being the bravest of souls when it comes to some dishes.

was -16° this morning at 430A when I woke up to walk the dogs. Let me tell you, the desire to go to the gym after was slim, like many other things.

Except I'm more on the (+) side. I believe we will be at 10 or 11 wins, with a QB who isn't relied on exclusively (i.e. not throwing 30+ times per game), and if we get the most out of our O-line. Our defense held us in almost every game last year. There were only a couple that weren't close. Our biggest problem was relying on Orton (or EJ) to throw way too much, especially when it wasn't there, and when we weren't throwing, we were running up the middle with an O-line that couldn't block a peewee team. Use the proper blocking schemes for the personnel we have, get a few more upgrades along the line (i.e. one more guard or a better RT), and some competition for EJ, and I think we'll be fine.

Congrats!!

Oh Stu! lmao

agreed.

I disagree. With proper utilization of personnel on offense, on hand even we could be 9-7 ± 2 no problem.

That's awesome! Good for him!

Why bother having due dates, if no one is going to adhere to them anyways. I busted my ass to get work done before the due date, but it seems that I was the only one... :wallbash:

Man his receivers have sucked!

Adopted a second dog with my fiance over the weekend. A pit bull/Terrier mix. She is adorable, and gets along great with the pit bull/lab mix we already had in the house. We got her from the Lollypop Farm in Rochester, and they were great to work with. The dog we ended up getting wasn't even one we were overly excited to meet, but they introduced her to us first, and we chose to forego the other meetings and adopted her. She's mostly house trained. only downside is she is the only dog I have ever met that is afraid of the dark (could've just been first night jitters in a new house too, but we'll find out tonight). We had to leave a few lights on last night.

I was using Gillette for the longest time. Problem is, my facial hair is thick. I use one cartridge per shave, and the skin irritation kills. I tried about 3 or 4 other brands, and finally said eff it. my fiance likes my beard, so I got a Remington edger/trimmer with the length guard and different heads (edger, buzzer, even a nose hair trimmer  ), and that's all I've used the last 6 months. I was thinking of going to the straight blade though for those times I need to look professional.

That is GORGEOUS!

It was good in the sense that they established that a few of the main characters are losing hope (i.e. Michonne). That's important to set up whatever is coming up IMO. I could've done without all the visions of all the dead people and what not, but it established the mindset that a lot of these character's are in.

and to think...we considered ourselves friends :nana: I was the same way though growing up. I explored the realm of possibly liking a few other football teams, but my original hometown pride always brought me back. Sabres have always been my hockey team though. I pull for other teams but that's the extent of it.
