Novikov seemed to have a bit more offense to his game than I gave him credit for. He’s a big dude who has a lot to offer physically. Watching his game in a Rochester should be fun.

Levi is our best goalie and it’s not even close to me. A small part of me is worried about giving him too much to handle too soon. Most of me though would rather see us live and die with Levi in net than UPL. Others are higher on UPL than me but I just see a mediocre NHL goalie.

It’s certainly possible but I’m inclined to ride the hot goalie for better or worse.

I’d still take a fatigued Levi over UPL or Comrie. Cant even imagine how mad we’d be if we start UPL tomorrow and he puts up a stinker to kill our season. I can’t imagine a scenario where Levi isn’t our starter going into next season. The alternatives are clearly not on the same level regardless of the sample size.
