Sorry, I guess I don't read the board enough to have known you guys were together. Best of luck to both of you going forward. As for the artwork ... is it possible to sell it directly to the teams ? Players themselves ? Or to Fathead or other mass producing poster companies ?

Nope, I'm happy for anyone that's excited about this team.
-
I'm just an older guy blathering and know nothing about your field, but moving sometimes is the best option. When I came out of UB grad many moons ago, my best salary offer was 9K ( that's not a typo). Some of grad buds had moved to Boston, so I sucked it up and moved. Ended up with a job paying 28K in about 3 months. You can always go home.

I'm excited but not nearly as excited as I was on 1/20/91 or 1/3/93. Or when Norwood took the field ... I'm still shocked that we didn't win the big one with the teams we had.

Seriously, you make it sound like he throws a INT every pass.
-
No, quite average but can be effective. 60.2 / 3687 / 84.7. Will pick the Bills apart with no pressure. JMO

If Bortles has time to throw, he will look like Brady. Gotta get some heat on him.

They are if we don't have a healthy McCoy.

How bout we trade for Dalton ? He loves Buffalo now.

Jury's out for me ... big difference between being a great college QB and a great pro QB. Playing against good athletes every week vs playing against great athletes every week. Time will tell.

And look how Manziel/Leaf turned out ...

Sounds like someone draft eligible this year ...

Nope, smart. You do know that old means cold ?

Nah, I paid my dues with the Blizzard of '77 and many other winters. Love Buff but can't do the winters any more.

Might be like 1983 when 6 QBs went in the first. In any event, I would think Darnold, Rosen and Mayfield will be off the board when our turn comes.

CFP (College Football playoff) Who wins today and overall?

I personally would like an 8-team CFP with 6 conference champs and 2 at-large teams. But I don't think there's enough time in the season with exams and holidays. -

So if a one-win team upset Alabama and that was Alabama's only loss, should the one-win team be in ? -

Lol, great analogy considering the number of Division I college football teams. So who in place of Alabama should've been in the final 4 ? -

First of all, which conference champs would you invite to the party ? ACC, Big 10, Big 12, Pac 10, SEC, etc. Auburn is a very good team, but not as good as Alabama if you look at the entire season. Kinda like Iowa is not as good as Ohio State overall. If Ohio State had beaten Iowa, they would've been in. The season is long enough now and a 4-team playoff makes sense with school schedules and the holidays. I want to see the 4 best teams at year end, not a 3-loss team that got lucky and won a conference championship but lost to 3 more deserving teams. -
Rudolph and Jackson might be around but only if Darnold and Rosen declare. IMO Browns, Giants, Jets, Cards are definites ... Broncos, Chargers, Redskins are maybes.

Conference champs is only a part of the equation - clearly, Alabama is a damn good team as they took down Clemson last night. If you went with just conference champs, you'd have to expand the playoff and a 3-loss conference champ could potentially play in the final. -
You could say the same thing about Saturdays during the NFL season. TV ratings and arena schedules are probably the prime drivers.

How would the NHL know that, first the Bills make the playoffs, and second their game is scheduled by the NFL for Sunday @ 1PM ? There is still a chance they could move the Sabres to 4pm.
