  1. If I were the owner, and I was shown this chart, I would have 2 questions for the coaches. When did they know about it? Why didn't they change it? Then I'd fire wilfraud and everyone else. I've literally never seen a Def 5v5 chart at +98%... I am not sure I've seen many over +50%
  2. When I started hearing the players parrot the "youngest team" mantra, that what was I knew the call was coming from inside the house.
  3. There should be no rookie players in the opening night roster for the 2024 Sabres. Everyone stays in jrs or Rochester and those spots are filled by actual capable veteran players. So no Savoie, Kulich, Novikov, Rosen.
  4. When you start hearing the players say the exact same thing in the exact same way as the coach and GM, it is clear IMPO that the org is feeding everyone the same diet and the kool-aid tastes good to them .
  5. Oh God, McConkey on the chiefs would be a pain in the ass. If you need 3-10 yards, Ladd is open.
  6. We don't. I wish ppl would stop saying this because it makes it sound like the problem is a simple solution of "get bigger". The Sabres have size, lots of it, but the important part of your post is that no one goes to the net and that isn't simply the realm of "power forwards". Everyone should be going to the net. However we have the worst coaches in the NHL and they don't demand anything of their team. In fact they ignore analytics and are dinosaurs bumbling their way around waiting for the meteor to take them out.
  7. I love Ladd a lot. He is the type of guy that you can trust and he runs some great routes all while being just a good dude. That said, no IMPO. As @inkman notes, Ladd's primary area of use would be in the middle of the field on short and intermediate routes. He is taller Beasley in some ways. I just don't think the Bills need that skilset per say. Kincaid and Samuel should be able to easily cover just about all the routes that Ladd can. I would certainly wait until the 2nd round on him even though I think he has the makings of a very good WR. Love the player but dislike the fit for the Bills without Diggs around. I think AD Mitchell would be a better option at 28. If Ladd slides in the 2nd round and were available at that spot, I would get him there as I think he could help but if we are team building, I look elsewhere. Personally I would trade up.
  8. The Bills have a very important thing that the Sabres do not. Josh Allen, the 2nd best QB in the NFL. He's had no answers for months. Listening to him is sickening as he blathers on while saying nothing and taking 0 responsibility. He couldn't tell you how to fix this team if the hockey gods came down and wrote him a book on it.
  9. Team is a bunch of losers. The head coach sets the tone and the tone is no accountability.
  10. No. Mack Celebrini is an Eichel caliber talent and perhaps better.
  11. Granato needs to go and Wolford or whatever the def coach is 1,000% must be cut loose. I've never seen a more incompetent bunch of dipshits and Krueger was once the coach here.
  12. @Scottysabres i actually give you a ton of credit for going against the grain and starting this thread.
