I dont think this is accurate. It isn't "we don't want to play with speed and skill" it is "we need more grit with speed and skill". Doan and Kesselring are fast and skilled. I can see Adams being moved to an advisor/team president job, Lindy to POHO and Jarmo to GM at the end of the year.

I think the fact that UPL has abysmal GSAA numbers except for the year we stopped playing offense at all, tells us he can't be the starter on this team. Adams though likes the cut of his jib so YOLO! UPL the last 3 years: -14.1, +10.1, and -19.9 Literally the only good year was when Buffalo shut the offense off and got Granato fired.
