  1. I changed the title to TNT 10 hours ago. Sorry, 11 hours
  2. Well that's a bit of an extrapolation
  3. I like Mark Stone and feel bad for him
  4. Bertuzzi gets injured so I don't want to trade for someone who gets injured to replace injuries. Also Adams isn't gonna do this imo. He would block jjp or Quinn from ice time.
  5. If that's all you hope for from what today would be a 1st round pick I feel bad for your warped perception of what a valuable draft pick looks like. I am glad though they hit on olofsson, that's pretty cool.
  6. I already looked all this up. You're not accurate.
  7. Shawn Horcoff played over 1,000 games spanning 15 years. Horcoff was injured in October by all reports and the All-Star game simply aggravated the injury. Marian Gaborik played over 1,000 games spanning 17 years. I can find no information that any of his various injuries occurred at the All-Star game. Jonas Hiller played over 400 games spanning 9 years. Nothing on Hiller being injured at the all-star game. He was injured after the all-star according to reports. Rick DiPietro re-injured himself at the all-star game and was already suffering from several chronic injury issues going into the event but nice try there. So again, can you name someone that injured themselves seriously in an all star game? I have either previous injuries which got worse in the case of DiPietro or in the case of Horcoff, an older guy who was already injured. Basically what I am saying is I don't believe you. This is both boring and obnoxious to say to the 2nd highest scoring defender in the National Hockey League right now. It is also lazy.
  8. What career was ended by the modern NHL all star game? I don't really care, again it is the NHL failing to showcase its stars.
  9. He's a rental in my mind until he has a deal longer than 1 year. He could sign a 1yr deal and then be a UFA in a year when the cap goes way up and he could make all the money. My issue with Meier isn't the player, who I think is good, it is he doesn't play somewhere we are even remotely thin and what do you have to pay to get him to stay? Why invest that much in a 27yr old winger? You already have Skinner on the wing making a ton. If you can get him and have him sign for like 8milx 3-4 more years, sure I might be in (Levi isn't on the table under any circumstances) but I just doubt the feasibility of that.
  10. Yea 4v4. 9 forwards, 3 defenders, 2 goalies from each division. Fan vote is last 2 forwards and 1 defender in. Dahlin could slip going into keybank and get hurt, why worry about stuff like that?
  11. Lane Hutson is going off in the NCAA, OFF.
  12. Can everyone on the roster have an adult beverage now? I think that's right.
  13. Not only is Timo Meier not signed to a Sabres contract he also plays the 1 position this team has in abundance, wing. Mitts, Olofsson, Quin, JJP, Tuch, Skinner, Savoie, Kulich, Östlund, Rosen, Kisakov, Weisbach, Nadeau, Cederqvist, Rousek, etc... alll can play wing. Here is our goalie depth: UPL. That's it. So if we sign Levi and lose Portillo that gives us UPL and Levi but if you trade him for what right now would be a rental that is some short sightedness that Tim Murray would be proud of.
  14. He's got a .903% in the U20 and .858% in the Liiga. He ranks 17th in the U20 for sv%
  15. Reverse retros is the only thing I can think of and that still leaves teams to f it up.
  16. Has noting to do with Buffalo pride. It has to do with the fact the NHL isn't smart and because they setup their all-star showcase in such a poor manor, one of their very best stars doesn't get showcased. It has more to do with growing the game than caring he's from Buffalo.
  17. But I was told only the Sabres and NO ONE ELSE gives up 3 goal leads in the NHL these days?
