FTR, I have liked what Adams has created to this point. I will not blindly follow anyone though and when I see issues I have no problem pointing them out. I am sure Adams knows where the holes on his team are, I just hope that understands at some point he may have to pay slightly above what he wants if he wants to fix them. Defense is a problem and will be going forward until it gets addressed in a meaningful way.
