Why? Quinn is a better player. Olofsson has 1 really fun trick, his shot. Quinn has that plus a host of other skills. By January there won't be much question about that. Idk how thinking that is arrogant. I'd change doesn't to can't.

Sabres have 4 players on an 80+ point pace currently...

I'd rather watch Krueger recite poetry. -
Comparing Quinn to Olofsson is like comparing Buffalo pizza to papa John's.

They didnt win last night because they were nasty, the literally won because our GT was ***** and PK was trash. But again, it goes back to the Miller hit still living in the psyche of the Sabres and Fans everywhere. Until we have a team that just punches ppl night in and night out, we will be "soft" and that will be why we lose. It isn't true but I am done arguing about "physicality" being some major reason for where this team is when the Occam's Razor is slapping us in the face.

The more players you have that are above replacement level the more wins you get. Roughly speaking

I will respectfully disagree as far as pairing him with Power. I think having two players will open up things for Power even more and I think Grans has improved defensively to the point where he won't hinder things and could be a defensive asset.

They are over 23?

I would agree but we need someone who has growth potential and that's this guy. Idk if it will work but it has a chance.

ahh okay that makes sense.

What are you bumping? Ullmark wanted to go to UFA and sign elsewhere, which he did. No harm no foul. He also plays for a team with a much better defense. Idk why every time Linus Ullmark does anything this board has to talk about it as though he could have done that here. He couldn't have because he wanted to go to another team (again I don't blame him for that). We can blame Adams for not signing him, that's true, but that doesn't go anywhere. We all know they should have signed him, so what's the point. Idk, just seems like a circle of nothingness.

EV means even strength and xGF is expected goals for. So they are looking at his xGF% (so xGF and xGA divided) which helps us understand what happens when Owen Power is on the ice. The short version is that in all the years they have data that attempts to count up expected goals, Owen Power last night finished with the highest xGF% divded by TOI (60min) of any player going back to 2007. "We were referencing his on-ice xGF (total xG of unblocked shots taken for Buffalo while Power was on the ice)." While Owen Power is on the ice his team generates significantly more offense than they give up. xGA/xGF per 60 minutes of TOI. you have to divide. xGA/xGF EDIT: Oh I see what you mean, idk about that.

Trade Targets: Helge Grans 20yr rhd in LA. Give them the rights to Johnson and a sweetener. Johnson gets the west coast where he's from, we get a big defensive defenseman for Power and add depth. Win win for both teams.

He's so smart and subtle with how he plays hockey. I underestimated that in his draft year. Power is only going to keep getting better.

Negative ghost rider It's not happening and as Perrault rightly says, it's silly.
