  1. I think Dahlin should be the favorite. He is better defensively than Karlsson, but Karlsson has the name recognition. Until the Sabres clinch a playoff spot, I honestly can't dream of the fallout from such a feat for a team the entire national hockey apparatus picked to be in the bottom 5 going into the season.
  2. Cant imagine it would be a popular locker room decision to replace Mitts with Bertuzzi
  3. Oh work isn't the issue, that's easy enough to roll in a little late with my job.
  4. Lemieux only played because he was physically big and had the correct last name. He was a literal JAG. No, just stop. Sam Reinhart is a very successful NHL player.
  5. Wish I could go to this but weekday games are tough. My buddy will be there repping my Canes hates though.
  6. Reminder that the #2 favorite for the Norris isn't in the All Star game.
  7. This is who we're playing, they came back in the 3rd being down 3 goals.
  8. Not really for me. It comes down to cost to acquire and if Demko can actually rebound. I'm skeptical on both.
  9. I don't have a lot of interest.
  10. I wasn't going to make a thread but a know there was talk a while back that Pekar was going to be some 3/4 line guy for Buffalo because in this one training camp he hit Dahlin so here we are.
  11. There's an entire thread on it... or is this sarcasm? I can't tell. https://www.sabrespace.com/community/topic/34404-rasmus-dahlin’s-open-letter-to-buffalo/
  12. UPL, last 10 games: .909 sv% 7-3 record
  13. Lol, he can literally text Kevyn Adams but instead decided to write a letter to the fans to subtlety tell him to make moves? Come on now, this is how conspiracy theories are born.
  14. The other part that gets forgotten is the supposed "Veteran NHL" coach who doesn't understand development the way Don Granato does from his previous work but that gets ignored around here in favor of the cliche "this coach won some games in the NHL before" mantra.
