  1. What injury prone players. Devon Levi only played 7 games last year. Clifton and Big Johnson were not on the team.
  2. Here we go. Only hope UPL gets the 3rd period tonight to see how he does.
  3. You'd have to trade Olofsson or Jost. The number don't work when Quinn returns. Although, jack quinn might not really be available until February. Hmm, it's an interesting idea.
  4. Update on this. Levi is getting the start according to DG.
  5. UPL's best stretch was 4 games in which he posted a 0.92sv%, if you really want you could push that out to a 6 game stretch where he averages a 0.919sv% although that has a 0.893sv% in it so up to you. Outside of that there was really only 1 other time last year where UPL put together more than 2 good games in a row. That was 4 good games. He has approximately 12 games I would call good in which he has a sv% no lower than 0.909. He has 11 games though where his sv% is 0.875 or lower. He is wildly inconsistent and played a lot of games not so well. Out of those 11 bad games, the Sabres still won 4 due to goal support. If you think he is going to be the 12 games of good more often this year you keep him. If you think he will be the 11 bad games more often this year, you dump him.
  6. He's a 4/5 type of defender. He's better jokiharju
  7. What are his strengths? Weaknesses? His agility and positioning are strengths. He plays a solid dependable game. Weakness, he isn't very flashy offensively but plays more of a simple straight forward game. Is he a good skater/fast skater? He is an exceptionally good skater. His top end speed is above average but his agility is very very good. He is hard to get off base because he has quick feet and acceleration Is he good positionally? He is very good positionally and always tries to be supportive on defense or engaging to end rushes. I think positioning is a strength for him. Does he hit a lot, or is he a guy more concerned about positioning and will not make some hits to maintain positioning? He is not a big hitter but will engage along walls physically. He doesn't really need to hit to be effective with how he plays. Win more battles on the boards/for loose pucks? He should yes, much better than Bryson. How is his first pass out of the zone. Good, he knows where to go with the puck and how to open the lane (with his skating) to fire it up. Is he a guy who's PROBABLY ceiling is closer to a 5goal, 20 assist guy or a 15 goal, 40 assist guy. 5g, 20a guy.
  8. You might but Adams doesn't and IMPO this is like swapping Comrie for slightly worse Comrie. He spent almost all of 2020, 2021, 2022 in the AHL. Not interested. Since 2019, he has only played a whopping 20 total NHL games.
  9. They deserve a hard practice. Bunch of lazy bums last night. Frustrating part was when they started skating, Sabres easily controlled play.
  10. The Sabres played like garbage and they should feel bad. Benson had lots of good, but a little bad. Mittelstadt... uhh played the game? Peterka had some moments. Dahlin looked solid. Power was 50/50 Olofsson... I got nothing. He had 1 nice shot I remember. Rest were meh. Lots of meh
  11. Yuck. Lol no he doesn't. 4-3 cbj off Fantilli goal
  12. His processing speed is unreal. Immediately adjusts
  13. Zach Benson... bad pass Also Benson, immediately stops the rush from his bad pass
  14. Benson with 5pts in 5 preseason games 3-3 game with goals from Power, Zemgus, and Benson
  15. Wow, back to back nice shifts! In this economy!?
