My current intriguing non-defensive player in the draft is Ryan Leonard. He is a 6' winger for the USDP. My second intriguing forward is Gabe Perreault, he's a 5'11" 165lb RW for the USDP.

I'd agree that both extremes are bad, I just feel there is a fundamental difference in their end games. You are too focused on the being terrified thing, it isn't relevant if you are afraid or not. The podcast so far is really good to listen. I think their scouting reports are fairly accurate for only looking at 1 game and only looking at the recent stretch of games where the Sabres have been bad. Quinn needs to demand the puck and attack the middle more. He needs to mentally be tougher overall. On the good side his positioning is excellent and his play driving is there. He isn't being asked to take the boards but is asked to start the breakout. He looks like a high end rookie who needs more experience to hesitate less and trust his instincts more. Jack Quinn isn't getting enough puck touches either and part of that is on him and part of that is on his teammates. He needs more touches.

The only skater that fits this description is Rosen and Östlund. Considering there isn't a sub 6ft swede that will go in the early teens, idk how they would accomplish this. Also, a players weight at the draft is one of the least important things for fans to worry about I can name. It is like being upset if they ate pizza instead of steak before the draft. Most 18yr olds need to add 20-30lbs of muscle.

Final thought, I know you are not going to agree with me. I don't need you too even though you have made that a central pillar of your counter argument. Woke culture is not the same as someone a stones throw away from being 3rd in line to the presidency calling for a national divorce. That is a false equivalency and if me telling you that is more concerning to you, that says more about you than me. You might be offended or annoyed or even eyerolling me but they are not equivalent. One is a culture war (also, define woke culture for us, tell me what it is) while the other is the dissolution of the United States of America. You don't have to say what I think is the right thing. One is calling for the dissolution of the country, the other is asking for a redress of grievances by the government. I am going to guess you think the 2a amendment exists for a reason? So too does the 1a. One wants to the government to end, the other wants the government to treat them as equals (btw I have so many stats that show Black Americas are treated less equally than Whites it would fill a small book).
