Nah, Josh Allen is the important part of the Bills. This year is gonna be a down year due to cap cleanup and the need to get younger and faster. I'm sure it will be used to claim Allen isn't good without Diggs while ignoring the 10 games where Diggs was irrelevant.

It is a reset year. It was always a reset year after what they did last year to try and win it all. You clear the decks, rebuild the offense and the defense with this draft and the next draft and you are right back at the top in 2025. Diggs was signed for 4 more years, sure it sucks this year but next year that's all gone.

No. Clearly they wanted to move on yes, but that wasn't because of "something going on". He is over 30 and the Bills need to get better. Diggs was traded to clear cap and get better. Probably won't be better this season but next with the lower cap and such it will be.

Options are Odunze, Nabers, and if you really want to go for it Harrison Jr. Those 3 could all probably immediately replace Diggs. You could also try to get Thomas Jr but he probably needs a year or so to really develop. If not they stay put and hope they get the right guy from the 3rd tier of WRs lol, way to make more of a tweet than it was.

They better be drafting a 1st round WR.

Granato and staff should be fired.

Quinn with Benson next year is going to cause other teams lots of problems. There's too much skill and smarts between them to no create a lot of offense.

They basically sacrificed their advantage on offense to get almost no better defensively. It is one of the biggest indictment's of Granato, he changed the system to be more defensive which killed the offense all while barely improving the defense at all. Fire them all.

Also the Sabres have the 30th high danger goals for% in the freaking league. They aren't well coached. 41.64% HDGF%

The Sabres are like 22nd in HDcf and 25th in HDCF%. Sure their HDsh% is 31st in the league but lets not act like they are playing some really great offensive hockey and just getting really unlucky. They are bottom third in the league all while being 14th in the league in total sh%. They don't generate enough HD chances and I would bet money one of the reasons they don't score on them is because a lot of their HD chances are single shots, not shots with rebounds and traffic. So I reject what you say here. They are bottom third in high danger chances for and high danger chance percentage all while having the 14th best sh% overall in the league. Yes their actual sh% in HD situations is bad at 31st overall but they don't get enough chances anyway. This team isn't coached well and is running a watered down krueger-esque offense because Granato suddenly decided they had to change after what was working last year.

Centers? at 10 the only center is Lindstrom if he falls unless you really want Helnius who some say is a center. That's about it. RHD, lots of options will be there at 10 if they want a RHD. Parekh, Yakemchuk, maybe Levshunov, and you could take Jiricek if you wanted to gamble (or even trade down into the late teens). Anyone drafted at the 10 spot in the 2024 draft will not and should not be a Sabre until 2026 at the earliest so drafting to the positions of need we have isn't necessary. Those need to be filled through UFA and trades.

He's gonna be a point per game player with excellent defensive metrics. He'll be an absolute pos to play against in another year. 5'10" 170lbs and won't be 19 until May. Once the game slows down another half step for Benson he's gonna be great. 0.36ppg as an 18yr on a bad offensive team where he gets almost no pp time is really good.
