No, Karmanos has final say. Adams is only there to be pegulas eyes and ears.

We haven't made the playoffs in 13 years, the bar is so low that any change is positive right now. What is going on isn't working.

Last year lindy didn't do anything. Burnette did, that's why Florida under him was great, and now Nashville under him is great. Lindy isn't the genius, Burnette was and he's not available.

I think a lot of ppl don't talk about Adams being fired because it seems impossible. I'd like Adams moved into a role of whatever we wanna call it, but he basically just is the liaison between gm and Terry. Move Karmanos into the GM role and Ventura to assistant GM. Adams job is to keep Terry up to speed, offer his opinion, stay out of the way.

Talk to my college football guy. He called McConkey a great #2 receiver and considering he lives under 5 miles away from where Ladd plays and has seen 100% of his snaps, I'm gonna trust him here. Also said he's not a Worthy fan. Thinks McConkey at 28 is probably a tiny reach but would take him there as he will be a hot commodity if available later. Also added the following "I'd also think about what Ladd would look like in KC. He's a receiver that would almost instantly work with Mahomes and Andy Reids offense. If not there, Todd Monken is in Baltimore."

No offense to PA or Hoppe but there's no source or even suggestion of how or why Hoppe thinks that other than the Sabres were bad this year. Just wish there was more meat here because I don't believe it. Terry seems content to do nothing.

We have 2 1st overall defenders. And a 3rd overall defender. Sure, this season has been disappointing but not having a bunch of 1st pairing defenders in the pipeline is just inconsequential. We've probably got at least one that's a 4/5 which is more than enough.

Quinn and Benson are what I need from Power. Use your body to prepare space or trap/deflect opposing players.

I like Rory and Koepka but I don't have a favorite per say. Niemann is a interesting one too and wish LIV and PGA figured their s#!t out so we could see all the guys together again.

They'd have to get Celebrini for that to happen. Everyone else will go back, there isn't another NHL ready player.

More on McConkey. Again, I LOVE Ladd McConkey and I wouldn't be mad in any way if Buffalo takes him. They could basically use him exactly how Georgia did because they have Kincaid. At 28, idk, that feels high to me but then again is trading down to 35ish and getting an extra 4th really worth missing out on him? Also in the 1st you get that 5th year option. Can Ladd stay healthy in the NFL and can he continue to get better?

Idk, I go back and forth with it. I love Ladd McConkey as a player but I think in my brain I want that bigger physical guy for contested balls who is a true deep threat. That said, Ladd is so solid.

I realize that in Georgia's offense, Ladd and other WR were often lined up outside to block. Also, the Y receiver at Georgia was often Bowers who is absurd. I love Ladd and Beasley is a good comp. I don't disagree with anything you have here. He's just not a true X(I wanna hold off on this for a minute, I reached out to a guy and want his thoughts). I've probably watched 90% of Ladds ncaa snaps. Love the player, don't love the fit. That said, if they draft him, I ain't complaining.

No, there should be no chance in hell that adams allows that possibility. Get veterans. I want Krebs replaced then by a better veteran. Trade if needed.
