  1. Sennecke had 10g, 26pts for 0.81ppg through his first 32 games of the OHL season (just under half). After that point and counting the playoffs he had 1.36ppg with 27g, 64pts in 47games. That is an 86ppg pace for the 63 regular season games he played. 22pts in 16 playoff games with 10 goals is notable. He finished 3rd on his team in scoring behind Calum Ritchie and Dylan Roobroeck

  3. I didn't. It merged my posts.
  4. My question for you and everyone else is how long do I have to wait for Krebs to be more than what he's shown to this point? He's currently an above average JAG. I could probably replace him with a handful of 2 mill players that would give me more. I'll give him this year but if he's the same by the trade deadline, time to move on. There's 3 guys in Rochester that might give us more. I still find it interesting for Krebs it's patience but for Cozens it's 3rd line. If Cozens is what anyone thinks a 3c is, then how is Krebs considered anywhere close to that?
  5. If at 23 Krebs still hasn't bothered to add enough muscle to play 3c how long do I wait, 25? 26? 27? 33? What's the cutoff because 18yr old Zach Benson played that style just fine.
  6. The one thing Byram gives you is the ability to run this: Power - Dahlin Byram - Clifton Samuelsson - Joker Ik others have put it out already. Just as curious as you as to how Ruff does this.
  7. The 2nd line center is Cozens. I'm truly confused why so many ppl think Adams will add a center that pushes his boy Cozens down to the 3rd line. It's just not happening impo.
  8. Roulette is good but that's pretty much it. I think he has a bunch of pp points but I'm lazy. Still, I'd knock a mofo over to get the stage to take him at 11.
  9. No No, I know you know that. Was the semantics of writing rd v rhd you know?
  10. I'd definitely wait until draft night but lou gonna lou.
  11. Bingo. Not interested in Waddell. Would rather Karmanos become gm and Adams whatever we wanna call the guy who explains it all to Terry
  12. What I quoted above does not and did not drop the H. Again it's not what RHD or LHD mean. This board has routinely put more thought into things over the years then an organization with ppl being paid to put thought into these things.
  13. Adams should make moves that put this team firmly in the playoffs, figure the cap out some other time. It is easy to move players as evident by what happens every summer and trade deadline.
  14. Hold up. While I understand what is being said here, this is incorrect terminology. Rasmus Dahlin is a not a RHD, he is a LHD who can play on the right side. LHD and RHD denote how a player shoots, IE. they are left or right handed. So Dahlin playing on the right side with Power on the left looks like this Power LHD - Dahlin LHD You don't change his handedness because he is on the right side, he is still a left handed defender, he isn't changing how he holds the stick. Sorry it is imprecise and bugs me.
  15. The red flags in training camp with the prolonged and lackadaisical use of veterans and AHL guys was a major warning sign of the dumpster fire of the season. No urgency, no seriousness. Adams let it go on for 7 months.
  16. fine, I will pull all of it Power and Dahlin played 254min together at 5v5. 60.18cf%, 57.69gf%, 54.76xgf%, 56.25hdcf% Power and Byram played 61min together 47.73cf%, 66.67gf% *because it is literally 2for 1against, 36.91xgf% *again, this is like 2 to 3, 30.30hdcf% Dahlin and Byram played 137mins together 51.08cf%, 47.37gf%, 46.08xgf%, 42%hdcf%
  17. Power and Dahlin played 254min together at 5v5. 60.18cf%, 57.69gf%, 54.76xgf%, 56.25hdcf% These numbers are better than Power with Byram and Byram with Dahlin.
  18. I think others understand analytics more but let me pull of Nat Stat Trick and sort out some D pairings.
  19. Rasmus Dahlin is one of the top five 2-way defenders in the league. Owen Power I would 1000000000000% not call a O first defender at this stage. We didn't fail last year because Dahlin pinched too much is what I am saying.
  20. Comes down risk management practices of GMs. Yzerman is a good example, he has leaned into players with higher floors but lower ceilings (IMO) versus looking at guys with high ceilings but more bust potential. That doesn't mean a guy can't have a good floor and a high ceiling btw. Seider or Benson are examples of guys with high floors and ceilings. I think Helenius and Nygaard for that matter both have high floors, they also have good ceilings but as a GM do you want a middle 6 guy with a long shot on top line or do you want a guy like Eiserman who might be a 3rd line type or even just a PP specialist but also could end up as a beastly 1st line 40g scoring winger? This isn't a ranking btw or a judgement on who we or anyone should draft. Just a thought on how GMs may look at different players. Helenius as you say could be Kakko or Barkov but Eiserman could be Matthews (his goal scoring) or Michael Dal Colle. So how do you way those risks helps to define your list. Note: Yzerman does not only lean towards high floor players, but has a few times. It was just an example and not an indictment or commentary on how he will draft this year. Note2: Jim Nill has taken a bit of the opposite approach and Wyatt Johnson is the perfect example. Guy with lots of flashes and a high ceiling but also the chance of washing out as a 3/4 line guy. He went with a high ceiling player and it hit. Note3: I lean towards high ceiling. It is why I will be more drawn to Eiserman over Nygaard but that doesn't make it the correct choice. This is where our ability and info fails because we would need to really understand how these players brains work. That Benson-esque mindset of I can impose how I play hockey on you because I can. Does Eiserman have that in him? Does Nygaard? It all goes into player evaluation and that is the hard part.
